Balanced diet is one of the most essential things in a healthy lifestyle.

I've been drinking green tea every day for over year. And often yerba mate, herbal tea, chicory coffee, etc. It's worth to drink a lot of pure water during the day.




Also some year ago I quited sweeten tea, coffee or whatever. I restricted eating sweets or another unhealthy food. Now I love eating fruits, vegetables and drinking smoothies.
In nutrition omega-3 acids (rich in antioxidants) are important as well.
